Mr. Kin Wah LI, Chris is a Registered Professional Surveyor with over 25 years of global experience in planning, designing, developing and operating smart & sustainable cities with a focus on sustainability, innovation & technology and high-end tourism infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including Hong Kong, Macau, China, and the Philippines, as well as in the UK. He held senior managements in a listed company and worked in private developer, consultant, main contractor, and government authority. Throughout his career, he has participated in many large-scale projects, including super high-rise international conference hotels, entertainment and sport complexes, heritage conversion cum development, superhighways, and regional developments.

Chris holds professional membership in The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) of the UK and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), both of which are globally recognized professional bodies in the built environment. HKIS is also the founding member of The Professional Green Building Council. He is a Planning & Development Surveyor, Building Surveyor, General Practice (Valuation) Surveyor, and Property & Facility Management Surveyor. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
